It's tough for the Australian squad to achieve unprecedented feats.

That it took up to Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase exceeding 300, regaining their record for the highest in the women's 50-over format, is, honestly, a testament to the bowlers that have worn canary yellow over the last half-century.

"A chance to play and lock in a contest with her and just have a bit of fun that way, somewhat inspired me," said Healy.

She got to fifty in 35 pitches - her swiftest at the global tournament - and her hundred in 84 balls as she punished short deliveries, hitting 21 fours and three maximums.

By the time she was out her side required another 66 at one run per ball - an unconquered height now demanding an easy conclusion.

"Pursuing 330 is new territory so I'm pleased we have the assurance to do that now," added Healy.

"Ideally we won't need to do it another time but, if necessary, we know we can achieve it."

That comment will be the last competing nations at this championship want to hear.

During the last week a sense they will triumph from any situation has grown stronger - this success succeeding success over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite struggling at 76-7 at one stage.

Next Australia play Bangladesh before a meeting with longtime competitors England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a last-four spot may likely be confirmed.
